Tell a little about your show experience: I have little show ring experience. I have only shown Fancy a few times, once at Flying Arrow for a few classes, and a few shows at Nevada. It’s just a great experience to get your horse out into different surroundings and have a great time with friends while doing so. Up until this year, I have been the announcer at Flying Arrow Saddle Club and have decided it’s time to have a little fun and get out there and show my horse.

How did you first become interested in horses: I’ve always been interested in horses, but never really had the chance to follow that dream until I met my now husband, Josh. He had a yearling filly at the time and since then, our number of horses has grown to three.

Anything else you’d like put under your bio: I have been riding horses since 2003. We have boarded our horses at J & B Connection since 2004. Since 2008, I have been helping teach riding lessons with Jodi Schlenker at J & B Connection. I love working with people and their horses. My husband and I will be welcoming our first child this year, 2010, and can’t wait for the opportunity to teach our son about all of the wonders and joys of owning and riding a horse.
